The following conditions must be strictly adhered to when returning any item of jewellery to us (these supercede our standard terms & conditions):

1. The jewellery must be unworn and unused. It must be in exactly the same condition you received it. For identification purposes, we take photos of each piece of jewellery before posting it.
2. You must post the jewellery back to us within 2 days of receiving it, using a secure insured delivery service (we accept no liability for items lost in the post). We must receive the items back within 7 days of you receiving your order. You are responsible for returning the jewellery to us in exactly the same condition that you received it in.
