17. Are Nisim products effective for use with Alopecia Areata?
18. Does Nisim shampoo help with any minor scalp disorders?
19. Are Nisim products effective for anyone undergoing chemotherapy treatment?

20. How does the Nisim product line differ from competitive products?

1. How does poor Hygiene contribute to Hair Loss?

If a clean scalp is not maintained sweat and excess sebum will clog the hair follicles.

2. What is the major cause of Hair Loss in men and women?

Research has proven that Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is the major cause of hair loss.

3. What is D.H.T.?

Dihydrotestosterone is the resulting product of direct contact between the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase found in the skin and the scalp with the hormone testosterone. Dihydrotestosterone binds to receptors sites on the scalp and hair follicles and interrupts and interacts with the normal chain of events involved in continual hair growth.

4. How does D.H.T. Cause Hair Loss?

D.H.T. takes over the receptor cell (the cells on the hair follicle that bind to DHT) and sends false signals to the functioning cells responsible for proper hair growth.

5. How does Nisim Stimulating Extract help hair growth?

Organic enzymes and essential amino acids in the extract help feed and nourish weak and thinning hair. The herbal actives reduce the amount of DHT.

6. Do men and Women lose hair in the same pattern?

No. Men usually lose hair first in the temporal area, second in the crown and third in the vertex or top of the scalp. This is due to the concentration of sweat glands that carry DHT in these areas. Women on the other hand generally thin in a diffuse manner.

7. Will the hair regrow in the same pattern?

No. Any regrowth will occur in the opposite manner of the hair loss. In other words the hair that is lost last will be the first to regrow.

8. How effective is Nisim NewHair Biofactors?

When used as directed Nisim NewHair Biofactors has been clinically proven to be effective in over 85% of those tested.

9. Are Nisim products Safe?

Yes. Nisim's products have passed rigorous health and safety tests. All the actives in the formulas are herbal, organic ingredients. There are NO harmful side effects.

10. How does Nisim NewHair Biofactors work?

The deep cleansing scalp shampoo removes unwanted oils, sweat, dirt and excess sebum, as well as neutralizing surface DHT. The stimulating extracts penetrate further into the scalp to neutralize DHT in the scalp thereby creating a healthy scalp environment needed for hair growth.

11. How often should the Stimulating Extract be applied?

It should be applied 2-3 times daily. Make sure to massage the extract into the scalp - DO NOT RUB.  Massaging is done by applying the fingertips to the scalp and applying pressure then moving the scalp without sliding the fingertips across the scalp.

12. Is it necessary to use one of the Nisim Conditioners to see results?

No, it is not necessary but we do recommend that the Nisim conditioners be used with the shampoo and stimulating extracts to ensure that there are no neutralizing or other side effects to the actives in the shampoo or extract.

13. Is it Necessary to use all of the products for life?

No. The stimulating extract should be used until the desired results have been achieved, typically within 18 - 24 months. Suspending use of the hair stimulating extract will not cause hair loss to resume. In order to maintain existing hair, it is necessary to continue use of the shampoo.

14. Are Nisim products safe to use on colored, permed or chemically  treated hair?

Yes. It is necessary to follow all manufacturers directions and procedures, allowing the proper amount of time between chemical treatment and shampoo/extract application.

15. How many times a day should I shampoo?

Wash once per day but wash, rinse and then wash and rinse again (in the same shower).

16. Will the shampoo help to control Hair Loss due to childbirth or menopause?

Yes, the results to date are extremely positive in both cases. The shampoo alone will help to bring the excessive hair loss under control. The stimulating extract will help to restore the lost hair.

17. Are Nisim products effective for use with Alopecia Areata?

Nisim products have been very effective in stimulating hair growth in the patchy areas caused by Alopecia Areata. Nisim is not recommended as being effective for other forms of Alopecia such as Totalis and Universalis.

18. Does Nisim shampoo help with any minor scalp disorders?

Yes, Nisim shampoos have proven very effective in controlling and reducing minor scalp disorders such as itching, dandruff, etc.

19. Are Nisim products effective for anyone undergoing chemotherapy treatment?

Although no study results are available, anecdotal results indicate very positive results in maintaining the hair for as long as possible and promoting an accelerated rate of regrowth for similar quality hair as was lost during chemotherapy treatment.

20. How does the Nisim product line differ from competitive products?

- The shampoo can be used as a stand alone product and is guaranteed to control excessive hair loss within a week.
- The product line is the most effective on the market, with a clinically proven success rate of 85.7%.
- Nisim provides documentation as to the efficacy of the product and it's mode of action (how and why it works).
- Nisim is the only non-pharmaceutical product proven to neutralize DHT on the scalp.

Kalo F.A.Q.

1. Is Kalo Safe?
2. Which is better the spray or the lotion?
3. Can I use Kalo anywhere on my body?
4. How does Kalo work?
5. Why does the product work so well?
6. What is a sulphur reducer?
7. How long will it take to work?
8. Do results vary on different body parts?
9. Will I see results after the first application?
10. Why does the product work in select percentages?
11. Will Kalo work with shaving?
12. I cant find Kalo at my local salon will you sell to me?
13. Is Kalo FDA approved?
14. Will Kalo's effects be permanent?
15. How long has Kalo been on the market?

1. Is Kalo safe?

Yes. Kalo has been proven to be totally safe, as confirmed by extensive safety studies. As with every natural based product, a test patch should be used to determine whether an allergic reaction would develop. In case of a reaction discontinue use and wash the area with soap and water.  We do not suggest the use of Kalo after chemical depilatories, as they often cause skin burns.

2. Which one is better the spray or the lotion?

Both products are equally as effective.  The spray is best suited for large body parts like the back or legs, while the lotion is best for the face, ears, and genitals.  The lotion has more soothing properties and many people find it easier to apply.

3. Can I use Kalo anywhere on my body?

Kalo can be used on any body part including genitals.  Kalo works equally as well for men as for women. If you do chose to use Kalo on a sensitive body part please test it somewhere else first to be sure you dont have a reaction.

4. How does Kalo work?

Waxing, sugaring, or tweezing removes the hair by the root, leaving micro openings in the skin.  When massaged into these areas on the skin, Kalo penetrates the open follicles and its active ingredients interfere with the formation of a new hair.  Sulphur is one of the key building blocks for healthy hair growth, and Kalo has natural sulphur reducers that prevent the hair from regenerating.

5. Why does the product work so well?

The triple-compound action of the sulphur reducers is unique to Kalo. The organic extracts weaken and inhibit the hair at the "anagen", or "growth" stage.  The moisturizing ingredients help soothe the skin unlike depilatories.

6. What is a sulphur reducer?

A sulphur reducer prevents the formation of necessary sulphur linkages.  Since sulphur is a necessary compound of hair growth, by preventing the formation of sulphur you are preventing the hair from growing.

7. How long will take to work?

As with many natural herbal products, Kalo will take different lengths of time to be effective for different people. In general we have found that 10% of the hair will be inhibited after each hair removal/kalo session.

8. Do results vary on different body parts?

Yes. When hair is thin and weak, such as facial hair on women, Kalo is most effective. If the hair is medium or coarse in strength and thickness, Kalo will take longer to work.

9. Will I see results after my first application?

Possibly, but most people will see results after two or three hair removal sessions. Complete results will likely take over 1 year.

10. Why does the product work in select percentages?

At any given time, 10%-15%  of our hair follicles are in the anagen or growth phase. Kalo has the greatest effect on hair follicles in the anagen phase.

11. Will Kalo work with shaving?

You may see some retarding of hair growth and weakening of the hair when Kalo is used regularly after shaving.  In fact, in some cases prolonged use may actually prevent the hair from growing back. However, Kalo works best when the hair has been physically epilated through waxing, tweezing, etc.

12. I can't find Kalo in my local salon will you sell it to me?

We stock the entire Nisim range. You can buy directly from this website.

13. Is Kalo FDA approved?

No. Kalo is not considered a food or a drug and therefore does not require FDA approval.  Kalo has however, met all necessary safety tests so that it can be sold worldwide.

14. Will Kalo's effects be permanent?

That depends.  If Kalo is used after physical hair removal, such as waxing or tweezing, the hair will not grow back.  If Kalo is used after shaving the will grow back but more slowly and will become weaker and finer over time.

15. How long has Kalo been on the market?

Kalo was introduced in the spring of 1997.  It was tested for about 5 years prior to that.

F.A.S.T F.A.Q.

1. Can I combine F.A.S.T. with your NewHair Biofactors products?
2. Does F.A.S.T. work for all scalp and hair types?
3. If I use F.A.S.T. twice a day instead of once will my hair grow even faster?
4. Will my hair continue to grow at an accelerated rate when I stop using F.A.S.T.?

5. Which is more effective the supplements or the shampoo/conditioner?

1. Can I combine F.A.S.T. with your NewHair Biofactors products?

Yes. Combining F.A.S.T. with our NewHair Biofactors line is completely safe, and is especially useful if some extra length will help you cover up areas where you have experienced hair loss. We recommend you cycle the shampoo/conditioner applications between products, i.e. use NewHair Biofactors one day, F.A.S.T. the next. Continue to use the NewHair Biofactors hair stimulating extract every day until you are satisfied your treatment is complete.

2. Does F.A.S.T. work for all scalp and hair types?

Yes. F.A.S.T. is designed to work for all types, from oily to normal to dry scalp and hair.

3. If F.A.S.T. is used twice day instead of once, will my hair grow even faster?

No.  F.A.S.T. works similar to a multi vitamin, in that your scalp and hair get an extra boost each day and that is all that is needed.

4. Will my hair continue to grow at an accelerated rate after I stop using F.A.S.T.?

No. Like a multi vitamin, it only works while you are taking/using it to feed and nourish the scalp and hair.

5. Which is more effective the supplements or the shampoo/conditioner?

They are both effective but work slightly differently. The shampoo and conditioner will nourish the scalp and hair from the outside while the supplements work from the inside. Using both products together will give you the maximum result.

Milagro F.A.Q.

1. How long does it take Milagro to work?
2. Can I use the cuticle conditioner with out the nail conditioner and visa versa?
3. Are the benefits of Milagro permanent?
4. Can I put my hands in water after using Milagro?

5. Will it fix discolored nails?

1. How long does it take Milagro to work?

We have found that you'll usually see results in about one week. However, the length of treatment depends on the severity of the problem.  For example, an impurity at the of the nail will take significantly longer to grow out than something at the top or the nail.

2. Can I use the cuticle conditioner without using the nail conditioner and visa versa?

Absolutely, each product caters to a different problem. However, we  have found that people like to condition the nail and the cuticle at one time which is why we sell them as a set.

3. Are the benefits of Milagro permanent?

It depends on the severity of the problem and your specific case.  Usually Milagro's results are permanent, but if your nail condition is due to a chronic issue such as nail bitting or a work related side such as excessive hand washing, you may to use Milagro on an ongoing basis.

4. Can I put my hands in water after using Milagro?

Yes.  Once the formula has been absorbed through the surface and the nail is dry you are safe to wash your hands and apply hand cream.

5. Will Milagro fix discolored nails?

It depends.  Anecdotal evidence has shown that Milagro has some success treating natural discolorataion, or discoloration due to a nutritional problem.  However, it will not fix discoloration due to smoking, for example.  If you feel your discoloration is due to a natural or nutritional problem.
