Telephone Orders & Customer Services

Body4Real operates a call centre for the purpose of taking debit and credit card orders over the phone. This service was introduced to cater for people who do not have regular access to the internet, feel insecure about entering their details on-line, or encounter problems with our web site.

Some people feel safer ordering via phone, even though public telephone lines are not encrypted or secured in any way. When a customer is requested to enter payment details on our web site, our server initiates an encrypted communications channel to provide a high level of security. Which do you believe is more secure now? The choice is entirely yours...

Payment Methods Accepted:

All major debit and credit cards, including Maestro, Solo, American Express and Visa Electron.
PayPal - a verified account is preferred, but not mandatory as you can pay without registering.
Nochex - easy to use online payment system.
Money Bookers - our preferred method of payment for orders outside the United Kingdom.
- Sofort and EC payments in Germany.
- DK payments in Denmark.
- iDeal payments in the Netherlands.
- PostePay and CartaSi payments in Italy.
- Nordea payments in Sweden and Finland.
- Euro 6000 and Maestro payments in Spain.
eCheque (confidential bank transfer service) using PayPal. You require a PayPal account to use the eCheque option.
Postal Orders - available from the Post Office. Please call or e-mail us before posting your payment to us.
Cheques - please call and alert us that you are sending payment in the post (using a recorded delivery service). Note that this is the slowest service and usually takes 10 working days for us to process. Postal Orders are preferable and goods are dispatched immediately upon receipt. Use an eCheque through PayPal if you can.
Lastschriftverfahren (Sofort) is accepted via Money Bookers for German customers wishing to pay by direct debit bank transfer.
